Discover our gastronomic proposal on wheels at the beach every day as a fun and innovative way to serve guests and visitors who are enjoying the beautiful beaches of Barú.

Our MANGLITO FOOD TRUCK comes with a varied and different menu that includes inspired by the Caribbean and Mexican cuisine such as quesadillas and tacos, as well as some innovative cocktails.

To bring our FOOD TRUCK to life, the hotel invited the local YOR artist Luis Canabal, who with his talent and creativity managed to capture the essence of the island of Barú with its flora and fauna, in addition to the traditional palenquera that he makes a fundamental part of the identity of the Colombian Caribbean with a work called SOMOS CARIBE.
