Overlooking the magic waters of the Caribbean, our unique slow-cooking grill offers mouthwatering dishes that will be perfectly coupled with local cocktails. Refined yet unpretentious dishes with South American influences transition to a new and fresh surf and turf concept for evening in this al fresco and relaxed Bohemian style venue.
Cold and raw dishes such as salads, ceviche or crudos are fresh and light. Cooked dishes such grilled fish, charred beef, and roasted vegetables are prepared on our slow-cooking grill.
