Light and refreshing, ceviche is the ultimate summer dish.  Dive into the simple combination of raw fish, citrus juice, herbs, and a surprise of local flavors. You will impress your guests back home!

Ceviche options from classic, Colombian shrimp local flavors or vegan.

This cooking class takes place in our Calablanca Restaurant.
